Aircraft Interiors Expo is the world’s leading event for airlines and the supply chain to source the latest innovations,
technologies and products for the cabin interiors, in-flight entertainment, and passenger comfort industries.
The Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) 2016 set a new record for attendance and set the industry agenda for the year ahead with more participants than ever before. 16,000 heads of industry organizations and enterprises took part in the Week of passenger traffic, while the number of VIP participants in airlines increased by 14%, many of them were managers of more than 180 airlines in 26 markets around the world.
More than 530 exhibitors participated in AIX 2016 – for the first time 145 companies took part in the exhibition.
In addition to the aircraft exhibition itself, the Aircraft Interiors Expo program includes numerous conferences and roundtables that provide a unique opportunity for aircraft interior designers and manufacturers to exchange experience and achievements in the design and production of the commercial passenger, corporate, business and private aircraft interiors. Much attention is paid to VIP interiors, from the optimization of the interior of the aircraft and the use of lighting systems as an active element of interior design to the latest trends in aviation VIP-seats and the development of mobile offices that can completely replace fixed-surface aircraft owners.
